He is survived by: his brother Fritz; his daughter Marilyn Wolf; his wife Marilyn; his children, Pamela Cooper (William), Marcella Bishop (Ross), Dwight "Ike" Mayer (Shelly), Douglas Mayer (Judy) and Dennis Mayer; his grandchildren, Alexandria Dohm (Matthew), Victoria Janisch (Kenneth), Devin Mayer (Kayla Teske), Julia Cooper, Amelia Cooper (Dan), Cassandra Strupp (Alex), Dylan, Phillip and Zachary Mayer; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Avery Janisch and Strupp; his brother William Mayer; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Wendorf (Niles), Evelyn Lepien (Larry), Lauralyn Lepien (Michael) and Minnette Wolf. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
