He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Leverance and Barbara Leverance; his wife Jeannette A. Frank; his sister Mary Jane Rhode (Harland); his grandmother Lilly Leverance; his uncle Alfred; and his aunt Mary Leverance.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (ChrisAnn) of West Bend and Thomas of Enid, OK.; his grandchildren, Mike Leverance (Carrie Ann), Catherine Leverance, Matthew Leverance, Joshua and Kathryn Leverance; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Clayton, Ethan, Chase, Camryn, Grayson and Jameson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
