He is survived by: his wife Suzan Wallack (Zvara); his son Jeffrey Wallack (Jamie); his grandsons, Alexander Jeffrey Wallack and Parker Stone Wallack of Franklin, Wisconsin; and his siblings, John Wallack (Kris) of Conifer and Nancy Bloedorn of Lake Mills, Wisconsin.
