He is survived by: his children, Robert Goetz (Linda), Judy Hausladen (Dean) and Janice Hajek (Ken); his grandchildren, Nicole Ewing (Aaron), Leslie Culp, Erika Bunke (Chad), Angela Dembeck (Nick), Timothy Schmidt, Jason Hajek (Liz), Dustin Hajek (Melissa) and Michael Hajek (Lizzie); his great grandchildren, Vincent, Olivia, Brienna, Lauren, Spencer, Jaden, Mya, Shae, Makenna, Kameron, Izabel, Sophia, Jordon, Ellie, Mila, Aaliyah and Amara; and his caregivers, Robyn, Jackie and Horizon.
