He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry August and Florence Elsie Kutz (Schultz); and his siblings, Malinda Kutz, Shirley Molkenthine, Gordon Kutz and Harvey Kutz.

He is survived by: his sisters, Eleanore Diels (Larry) of Eden, Darlene Jeziorske (Wayne) of West Bend, Dorothy Atchison (Don) of Fond du Lac, Elsie Strassman (Roger) of Campbellsport and Linda Strobel (David) of Waupun. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
