She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Cy, Tillie Evans and Irene Krizan; and her uncles, David Zoerb and Monty Krizan.
She is survived by: her parents, John C. Evans and Sandra L. Evans; her brother Michael Evans (Patty); her nephews, Christopher and Tyler Evans (Meghan); her aunts, Carol Zoerb and Cathy Pick (Jay); her uncle Brad Krizan; and her pet Baxter. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Luke Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
