She is survived by: her mother Alice Rivard; her siblings, Edward (Donna), James (Michelle) and Rosanne Nosacek (Thomas); her children, Jacob, Tyler, Jamie, David Rivard, Evan Nosacek, Alexandra Wetzel and Ashley Putnam-Murry; her nieces and nephews, Jacob, Luke, Eric Rivard, Ben, Tyler, Nick, Jamie, Michael, David, John Paul, Joe, Regina Rivard, Evan, Eli, Brea, Rebekah and Isaac Nosacek; and her pet Bingo. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
