It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Schladweiler of Slinger, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Clementine Schmidt Jr.; her husband LeRoy Schladweiler; and her brothers, Leo Schmidt and Raymond Schmidt (Betty).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Schladweiler (Doris), Susan Cotter (Steven), Judy Melius (Greg), Liz Weyker (Steve), Jeff Schladweiler (Teresa), Jane Ries (Brian) and Eric Schladweiler; her grandchildren, Katie Vetter (Tim), Amanda Kohlwey (Ben), Laura Lutz, William Cotter, Melissa Heisler (Kevin), Megan Ohland (Steven), Allison McShaw (Dwight), Nicholas Weyker, Mark Weyker, Josh Schladweiler (Jen), Adam Schladweiler (Hannah), Michael Schladweiler, Erika O'Brien (Patrick), Kristopher Ries (Kelly) and Andrea Goss (Joel); her sisters, Joanne Volm and Mary Price; and her siblings-in-law, Ione Kohlman, Gretchen Schmidt, Robert Volm Sr. and Dennis Price. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
