We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 85, Frederick Hugo Berndt of Slinger, Wisconsin, born in Hartford, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo F. Berndt and Hertha M. Berndt; his mother-in-law Erna Wuensch; his former wife Ruth; his son Jeff Berndt; his son-in-law Gary Gehl; his granddaughter Allison Berndt; his sister Myra Beck (Wilbert); his brother-in-law Zeigfried Wuensch; his parents-in-law, Harold and Dorothy Heesen; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Navin and Grace Heesen.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ziorgen; his children, James Berndt of Jackson, Julie Munster, Jason Berndt (Amy) of West Bend, Amy Gehl of Hartford, Scott Ziorgen (Lisa) of Horicon, Michelle Baumgartner (Chad) of Slinger and Marie Petrakovitz (Jamie) of Slinger; his grandchildren, Danielle Berndt, Alicia Faulkner (Micah), Amanda, David, Lucas Gehl (Marissa), Emilee Mueller (Andy), Amber Cernat (Brent), Jenna Ziorgen (Ethan Neuendorf), Jarid (Kasey Heidecker), Mason Baumgartner, Ava, Ella Petrakovitz and Caleb Berndt; his great grandchildren, Jett Mueller, Jentry Gehl and Alexander Faulkner; and his siblings-in-law, Caroline Navin, Richard Heesen and Mike Lackas (Mary Jane). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
