David Petersen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2021, at the age of 56, David Petersen (Slinger, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Petersen. He is survived by: his mother Janice Smith (Derrol); and his sisters, Karen (Brian) and Kristine (Drew). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116.
