“I worked with Dan for a research firm in Cambridge MA in the mid-1960s, when he was already a successful real estate developer, and again as his consultant after my retirement a few years ago. We became and remained close friends, and my wife and I were honored when he attended our wedding in 1966. He was one of the most talented, inquisitive and hard working people I have ever known.
