Virginia Phelan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Phelan (Sister Bay, Wisconsin), born in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 16, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hubbard and Hazel Hubbard (Jacobs); her husband James Newell Phelan; her granddaughter Chelsey Tanck; and her brother Bill Hubbard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cathy Ward (Michael) of Belvedere, IL, Mary Nugent (Jim) of East Troy, Chris Kniep (Tom) of Oshkosh and Bob Hubbard (Mary) of Fort Meyers, FL; and her sister-in-law Janet Hubbard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives.
