He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Tom; his parents, James Mathers Duke MacDonald and Agnes McCulloch Summerville; his wife Barbara Johnson; his children, Kristine and Matthew (Barbara); his brothers, Jim and Barrie; his children, Kris (David), Tom and Jeff; his grandchildren, Michael (Gina), Molly, Thomas, Eric and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Finnley and Jameson.
Tom has requested donations in his honor be made to St. Marcus Lutheran School in Milwaukee, WI or The Rotary Foundation.
