She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Heald and Gladys Heald (Hickey); her husband Clayton Martin Moegenburg; and her brothers, William Heald (Richard Heald) and Dusty.

She is survived by: her sons, Scott Moegenburg (Pamela Butler) of Baileys Harbor and Jay Moegenburg (Kay) of Daytona Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Jeanna), Amanda, Sara Moegenburg, Kyle and Mitchell Moegenburg (Amanda Ritter); and her great grandchildren, Clayton, Emory, Axel, Sophia, Mason and Milo.

Memorials may be given in her name for Wisconsin Humane Society-Door County Campus (formerly the Door County Humane Society).
