It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Schmirler of Sister Bay, Wisconsin, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schmirler and Beverly Schmirler (DeWitt). He is survived by: his children, Kari Bolton (Cody) and Matthew Schmirler of Sister Bay; the mother of his children Patricia Schmirler of Gills Rock; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Avery and Ivy.
Any extra funds received will be donated to the Northern Door Children's Center in honor of "Papa Jack".
