He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorvald Axelson and Karen Sue Axelson (Johnson). He is survived by: his daughter Karen Bamm (Ralph); his granddaughters, Shannon Flores (Cisco) and Brandi Phipps; his great grandchildren, Kendall Flores, Ashlynn Flores, Kennedy Vosburgh, Cameron Miller, Chandler Flores and Madison Flores; his great great grandchild Adriana Gilyard; his niece Kanda Mulligan (Chuck); and his close friend George Drastata.
Memorial donations can be made in Jack's name to Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church or in Carol's name to the American Cancer Society.
