He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Zaug and Hazel Zaug; and his brother Thomas Zaug. He is survived by: his wife Joan Zaug of Sister Bay; his children, Cheryl Zaug Casey (Brian Casey) of Greenville, WI and Warren Zaug (Trisha Araujo) of Sister Bay, WI; his grandchildren, Alexander Zaug (Jean Westropp) of Seattle, WA and Samantha Zaug of Minneapolis, MN; his stepgranddaughter Amelia Wood (Swann Gruen) of Brooklyn, NY.; and his brother Allen Zaug (Glennace) of Neenah, WI.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wichmann Funeral Home (537 N Superior St, Appleton, WI 54911).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be sent to Peninsula Players Theater or the Door County Housing Partnership.
