Emma Jean Phelps Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2022, at the age of 88, Emma Jean Phelps in Sister Bay, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lucille Ingram and James Vernon Ingram; her husband Gerald L. Phelps (Jerry); her daughter Jeanie Derr; her son-in-law Kelly Derr of Sugar Grove, NC; her son Jerry Phelps; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Galecke of Fish Creek, WI; her granddaughters, Erin Derr Dillenschneider, Sara Derr and Emily Phelps Smith; her nieces and nephews, Ric Cooley, Greg Phelps, Judy Ingram Moore, Elaine Ingram Watkins, Luann Sykes, Karen Phelps Welch and Carol Phelps Rodgers Davis; and her friends, Ann Allen and Shirley Dantzler. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
