It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene Rice (Sister Bay, Wisconsin), born in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 10, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Appel and Clara Appel (Pratt); her husband Grant; her sister Diane Anderson (Bill); and her nephew Lee Erickson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marie Elven (Jerry) and Judith Erickson (Roger); her stepchildren, Grant Rice II, Jonathan Rice, Patricia Siderius and Cathy Rice; her nephews, Greg Anderson, Steven Anderson, Matt Elven (Cassie), Mark Erickson (Sarah) and Paul Erickson; and her sister Bay. She is also survived by three great-nieces; four great-nephews; one great-great niece; one great-great nephew; as well as many dear friends.
