She was predeceased by: her father Charles; her grandmother Jean Amundson; her husband Stanley "Ted" Kubicz of Chicago; and her siblings, Kay Cornils (Al), Robert (Bud) and Wolff (Shirley).
She is survived by: her nephews, Roger Wolfe (Nancy) of Lake Geneva and Jay Cornils (Corlis) of Cleburne, Texas.
