She was predeceased by: her brother Jeffrey Jurgens. She is survived by: her children, Michael Fleming (Leslie Dalton) of Kenosha, Dustin Fleming (Michelle Okeniewski) of Salem, Adam Fleming (Tara), Dillon Fleming of Twin Lakes and Autumn Frazee-Fleming of Twin Lakes; and her grandchildren, Kasey, Kamren, Naomi and Ivy.
