He was predeceased by: his father George Clarence. He is survived by: his mother Marion Doris Maze (Rothmeyer); his girlfriend Freda Pryga; his daughter Sommer Jandula; and his grandchildren, Skylar Jandula and Bryce Jandula. He is also survived by four brothers, and two sisters.
