He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue of Dubuque, IA; his daughter Christine Leifker (Mark) of Benton; his sister Catherine "Katie" Bond (Mack) of Imboden, AR; his granddaughters, Brandi Burgess (Caleb) of Lancaster, WI and Amber Velasquez (Alex) of Lancaster, WI; and his former wife Nancy Phillips (John) of Galena. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
