He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Olmstead and Erma Mae Olmstead (Bunker); and his siblings, Ardith Wichus, LaVon Fitzgerald and Burnette Olmstead.
He is survived by: his siblings, Twila Hardy (Andy) and DeVere Olmstead; and his brother-in-law Orville "Fitz" Fitzgerald. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
