He is survived by: his wife Joann; his sons, Kevin Ubersox (Mary) of Shullsburg, WI and Alan Ubersox (Jeanmarie) of Charlotte, NC; his stepchildren, Steve Hoffmann (Mary Jo) of Leadmine, WI, Brian Hoffmann of Leadmine, WI and Julie Symons of Benton, WI; his grandchildren, Carissa Mallmann (Mike) of Madison, WI, Trent Ubersox (Whitney Wieters) of Shullsburg, WI and Hunter Ubersox (Hannah) of Lake Orion, MI; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Symons (Nicolas Richey) of Houston, TX, Kyle Hoffmann (Kristen) of Benton, WI and Kane Hoffmann (Marissa) of Dubuque, IA; his great grandchild Olivia Ubersox; his stepgreat-granddaughter Nellie Hoffmann; his sisters, Judith A. Oellerich of Lena, IL and Mary Kay Heim (Rick) of Shullsburg, WI; his former wife Geraldine McCauley (Bill) of Cuba City, WI.; and his children, Sudhaker of St. Matthew's Parish, Mercy, Dr. Dolehide, Tracy and Candy.
Due to state and federal guidelines on gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, a private family service and Christian Burial at St. Matthew's Catholic Cemetery will be held for Jude.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jude's name.
