He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Moldenhauer and Ardith Moldenhauer (Schult); and his son Jason Mullikin. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Mckillip (Tena); his children, Donald Mullikin (Dawn) of Janesville, WI, Jenny Altfillisch (Jarred) of Platteville, WI and Carla Rentschler (Bryton) of Elkader, IA; and his siblings, Michael Moldenhauer of Brodhead, WI, David Moldenhauer of Brodhead, WI and Jeanne Baker (Alan) of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
