He is survived by: his children, Bruce, Dean (Tami), Trevor, Dylan, Hunter, Kevin (Kim), Miranda (Jeff Collar), Jamee Lyn (Jan Slater) and Derek; his daughter-in-law Tonya Van Straten; and his children, Zachary (Shane), Braden (Brent Collar), Tenlee, Toby, Mac (Cecilia Van Straten), Emersyn, Siena Slater (Morgan) and Maddie (Maren Van Straten).
