He was predeceased by: his father Peter G. Bellettiere; his great grandchild Cataleya Bellettiere; his sister Gloria Moon; and his brother-in-law Dave Kuyper. He is survived by: his wife Donna Balazs; his children, Anthony Bellettiere (Kim) and Pam Bellettiere-Goc; his grandchildren, AJ Bellettiere (Sandra), Sam Bellettiere, Alex and Madelyn Goc; his great grandchild Alina Bellettiere; his siblings, Michael Bellettiere (Patricia) and Diane Kuyper; and his brother-in-law Ernie Moon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy, memorials in Peter's name can be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research.
