She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Strong and Edna Strong (Achtner); her husband Ervin H. Moede; her granddaughter Cori Lynn Spencer; and her siblings, Gerald and Luella.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Moede (Pam), Cindy Spencer (Vicki Oneil), Ruth Ahrens (Bruce) and Lorri Nash (John); and her grandchildren, Tammy, Candy, Michelle, Justin, Steve and Miranda. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
