He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Samz and Flora Samz (Herminath). He is survived by: his wife Emily Rogers; and his children, Jane Samz (Randall Crist), Terry Samz-Watters, Rick Samz (Lynn) and Randy Samz (Robin). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
