She is survived by: her husband Michael "Chopper" Guerin; her daughters, Julie Guerin and Melissa Johnson (Joshua Sr.); her grandsons, Joshua Jr. and Jacob Johnson; her sisters, Jean Lutz and Kathleen Lemont (Paul); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Henry, Larry Guerin (Pat), George Guerin (Susie), John Guerin (Valerie), Jane Wilson (Lamar), Peggy Guerin (Jerry), Pam Ritchie (Mike), Bonnie Behnke (Randy), Nancy Gierach (Jeff) and Linda Alexander.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Jane's name.
