It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James C Stilen of Shiocton, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stilen and Ruth Stilen (Palmer); his sisters, Laverne and Marian (Ted Doehling); and his siblings-in-law, Marion, Almira Finger, Duane, Maude Finger, Leon, Carol Finger, Bernice, Sonny Vollmer, Jim Lehman, Leroy Christenson, Christine Stilen, Diane Stilen and Janet Stilen.
He is survived by: his wife Verna M. Finger; his children, Frank Stilen (Kris), Al Stilen (Kay), Larry Stilen (Carol Koplein), Linda Gretzinger (Dan) and Kathy Bazile (Shawn); his grandchildren, Amanda Henrickson (Cory), Joey Stilen (Bergetta), Andy Stilen (Mary), Josh Stilen (Brittany), Jeremiah Stilen, Jamie Bernard, April Langhoff (Bryan), Justin Gretzinger (Kaylynn) and Bridget Bazile; his brothers, George Stilen Jr. and Tom Stilen (Violet); his sisters-in-law, Karen Sorenson (Don), Eunice Lehman and Joan Christenson; and his sister Michelle Finger. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
