He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kerk; his children, Shad, Melinda and Michael; his stepchildren, Christine Johnson and Jamie Johnson; his grandchildren, Cache, Kaley, Morgan, Kaden, Alex and McKayla; his sister Patsy Ratzman (Richard); his brother-in-law Jay Wildenberg; and his mother-in-law Renee Kerk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many close friends.
