Constance Nett Obituary
Constance "Connie" Susan Nett (nee Nettekoven), age 83, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2024 with her family by her side. She was born on February 27th, 1941 to the late John and Anna (Micke) Nettekoven and resided in the Town of Woodville. She married Eugene Nett on July 2nd, 1960.
Connie loved keeping busy, whether it was tending to her vegetable or flower gardens, making dozens of crafts, or playing the accordion and singing. She enjoyed taking care of everyone around her - she was always baking treats for her family and was a true animal lover.
She will be fondly remembered for the sweet sound of her laugh as well as the loving, creative, and strong-willed woman she was.
Connie is survived by her loving husband, Eugene Nett, their three children; Eugene (Julie) Nett Jr., Victor Nett, and Ida (Dean) Diedrich, grandchildren; Alicia Diedrich (Colin Young), Derek (Jaycie) Diedrich, Grant, Hunter, Dakota (fiancé Kyle Abegglen), and Alexis Nett.
She is further survived by her siblings; Ervin (Janice) Nettekoven, James (Donna) Nettekoven, and sister-in-law; Marilyn Nettekoven; along with many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings; John (Shirley) Nettekoven, Elizabeth (Edmund) Buchinger, Jerome (Wilma/Dorothy) Nettekoven, Alois (Shirley) Nettekoven, Dorothy (Gilbert) Schroeder, Earl (Geneva) Nettekoven, her father and mother-in-law; Sylvester and Josephine Nett.
A Funeral Mass for Connie will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Sacred Heart Parish, N369 Military Rd., Sherwood.
