With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lilah Dougard (Shell Lake, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 25, 2018 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Susie Singer; and her son Joseph Deadman (Larry Fogelberg). She is survived by: her daughters, Content Weber of Shell Lake, Gretchen Murphy (Kevin) of New Orleans, LA and Hannah Swanson of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Josh, Ashley, Ariana, Miranda, Deron, Levi, Brennan, William, Parker and Charlie; her great grandchildren, Sean, Violet and Max; her sisters, Linda Hagen (Gene) of Imperial, MO and Sally Elder (Buck) of Steelville, MO; and her significant other Festus. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
