He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaylord Guyer and Florence Guyer (Senesac); and his siblings, Irene Clark, Vern, Cecil, Jack and Wayne Guyer.
He is survived by: his wife Sharyl Guyer; and his children, David Kozial (Daphne), Diana Powless (Garrett), Danny Kozial (Melanie), Jacob Kosnak, Joshua Guyer (Dani), Andrew Guyer, Thomas Guyer (Hannah) and Amanda Voight (Nathan). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
