It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Thomas Meyers of Shell Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Shook" Meyers and Dorothy Meyers (Carpenter). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Meyers; his children, Curtis Charles Meyers (Myung Rae), Scott Howard Meyers (Stephanie), Stacy Kay Meyers (Rich) and Tracy Irene Lehmann (John); his grandchildren, Steve, Jasper, Charles, Jake, Ben, Jessica, Tanner and Cooper; his great grandchild Emilia; and his siblings, Jim (late MaryBeth), Jeannie (Ray Massingil) and John (Annie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (218 W Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, The National Veterans Services Fund, Inc. formerly known as (Vietnam Veterans Agent Orange Victims, Inc.) or Parkinson's Foundation.
