He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Novotny and Bertha Novotny (Parma); and his sister Dorothy Dicus. He is survived by : his wife Donna; and his children, Jim Novotny of Sheldon and Sherry Bastian. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
