It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brent L. Carter of Sheldon, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Beulah; his son James; his siblings, Robert, Dick, Tom, Alice Jane and Sarah; and his grandson Derek Stoltzfus.
He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Tammy Smith (Mark) of Carpenter, WY, Howard Carter (Lynette) of Tony, Julie Stoltzfus (Jesse) of Glenwood City, Bradley Carter (Gail) of Dalton, OH, Craig Carter (Jewel) of Sheldon, Patricia Dick (Joe) of Canyon, British Columbia and Renae Shafer (Kevin) of Downing; and his sister Doris Jean Byers. He is also survived by 42 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
