He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Harms and Esther Harms (Burrow); his sisters, Beatrice Long and Shirley Kletzein; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Harms.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Pfister; his sons, Robert Harms, Steven Harms (Sharon) and Andrew Harms; his grandchildren, Alex, Ashley, David and Maximilian; and his great grandchild Nicolai Stinson.

A memorial fund is being established in Bill's name.
