He was predeceased by: his son Scott Holzhaeuser. He is survived by: his parents, Felix Holzhaeuser and Hazel Holzhaeuser; his spouses, Packer and Beverly; and his daughters, Susan Van Engen (Ricky), Sally Krenz (Rick) and Sandy Hines (Dave Fortenbacher). He is also survived by 5 grandsons, 2 great-grandsons, 1 great-granddaughter, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice in Walter's name.
