She is survived by: her spouse Merlin Hoogstra; and her children, Jay Hoogstra (Lexann), Kay Willard (Lynn), Dee Barber (John), Jo Di Volk (Tom), Fay Wingrove (Charles), Gin Melotte (Tracy) and Jan Kust (Brad).
