He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jack" Sr. Berg and Eunice C. Berg (Horneck). He is survived by: his daughters, Natalie Berg and Sofia Berg; his grandson Thomas Telles of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Ellen Stickney of Sheboygan, Bill Berg Jr. of Sheboygan, Kerry Berg (Roxane Conrad) of Sandpoint, ID, Jill Pingel (Chad) of Suring and Larry Berg (Teri) of Sheboygan; and his friend Billy Ruehr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
