With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Ragan of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Ragan and Audrey Ragan (Menden); and his uncle Ron Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Donna Allison; his children, Arik Ragan (Candy) of New Holstein, Tommy Ragan of Manitowoc and Elizabeth "Libby" Richter of Sheboygan; his stepsons, Paul Allison of Bryan, OH and Michael Allison of Sheboygan; and his siblings, Susan Hollow of Racine, Dennis Ragan (Pam) of Eagle River, Michael Ryan (Lisa) of Homosassa, FL and Jennifer Burlington (Brad) of Ft. Myers, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
