He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Hoem (Swanosky); and his brother Greg. He is survived by: his wife Georgie (Johnson); his children, Joe (Kristin), Gianna Bessert (Mike), Rose Albertin (Jason), Nick, Kelly Rommelfaenger (Auggie), David, Nicole, Nydia and Tony (Trisha); his grandchildren, Max (Audrey), Nigel, Sophie, Charlie, Anna, William, Benjamin, Jozie, Nylah, Viktor, Quintin, Anthony, Peyton, Solomon, Cambre, Vinnie and Milo; and his sisters, Marie, Bernie, Patty, Josie, Brenda, Cindy and Denise.
In lieu of flowers, Tom wished for donations to be made to Trinity Lutheran Church and to the Tim Tebow Foundation—particularly to the Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Fund.
