He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Fields and Pauline Fields; his in-laws, John and Mary Udovich; his daughter Mary Schmeiser; his brother Roger Fields; and his brother-in-law Ralph Radke.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Michael Fields (Linda) of Sheboygan, Sue Kettler (Dave) of Sheboygan Falls and Julie Schlieder (Dave) of Sheboygan; and his son-in-law Steve Schmeiser (Polly) of Sheboygan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in Tom's name in lieu of flowers.
