He is survived by: his caregiver Steven; his wife Theresa Amundson; his siblings, Nancy Cattanach (Allan), Wanda Amundson, Carol Chavez (Bob), Paul Amundson (Susan) and David Amundson (Jill); his mother-in-law Gloria Hammelman; his siblings-in-law, David Peaslee and Greta Hammelman (GR Svenddal); and also Steven. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
