He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Petek and Angela Petek; and his brother-in-law Brad Parins. He is survived by: his friend Tavern; his wife Denise; his daughters, Chelsie Kollmann (Adam), Jeanie Angel (Jason) and Jackie Novak (Paul); his grandchildren, Dimitri, Colton, Rory, Tommy and Parker; his sisters, Sandy Brunnbauer (Dennis), Sharron Reinke, Susie Parins and Tater; and his pets, Cinder and Jewel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with friends.
