He was predeceased by: his father William Louis; his grandparents, Roland, Virginia Kampmann, Larry and Lorraine Siebert; his aunt Karen Kampmann; his uncle Roy Siebert (Judy); and his cousin Kris Patrick-Wolf.

He is survived by: his mother Roxann Siebert (Kampmann); his children, Sydney and Zach; his sister Crystal Siebert (Tim Madson); his siblings-in-law, Dirk, Sue Zylman and Nicole Burrows (Corey); his uncle Dennis Kampmann; his aunts, Toni Dekker (Tim), Helen Seaman (David) and Laurie Zylman; and his nieces, Natalie and Samantha Burrows. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made either to his children's education or Sheboygan Christian School in Scott's name.
