He was predeceased by: his father Steven Boldt; and his uncle Carl Boldt. He is survived by: his mother Diana Boldt; his siblings, Steven R. Boldt, Cassandra Green (Donald), Candice LaPoint (Nicholas) and James Butts (Traci Cook Ellis); his nieces and nephews, Wesley Butts and Harmony LaPoint; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Smith (Jerry), June Dolgner, Roberta Knier, Diane Scott (Craig), Roxanne Markham, Frank Boldt (Ginger), Gary Boldt (Rose), Peter Boldt (Laura) and Jack Boldt (Dawn).
